Supplements for Men in Their 20s

Supplements for men in their 20s, without the hype. Creatine, whey and a few basics that go into a shaker or a water bottle.

Supplements for men in their 20s: what is in this range

Pure creatine monohydrate, Australian grass-fed whey isolate, air-dried beetroot powder, L-glutamine, PHGG and unflavoured collagen.

All powders, mostly single ingredient, no proprietary blends.

Why each product is here

  • Creatine Monohydrate. Pure creatine monohydrate. Vegan friendly, gluten free, one small scoop in water.
  • Pure Whey Protein Isolate. Australian grass-fed whey protein isolate with natural vanilla and organic stevia. 25.1 g of protein per 30 g serve. Contains milk.
  • Beetroot Powder. 100% air-dried beetroot. Earthy and slightly sweet, and it turns a smoothie bright red.
  • L-Glutamine. Single ingredient L-glutamine powder. Unflavoured, a 5 g serve, 60 serves per 300 g jar.
  • PHGG. Partially hydrolysed guar gum, a pure soluble fibre. Unflavoured, low FODMAP at a 5 g serve, and it stirs into water, coffee or a smoothie without thickening it.
  • Collagen Protein Powder. Unflavoured collagen that dissolves easily. One to two tablespoons into coffee, a smoothie or yoghurt.

Vitamins for men in their 20s

We do not make a multivitamin. This range is the protein and creatine end of the shelf.

Supplements men in their 20s should take

If you are only buying one, most men who train start with creatine. If you skip breakfast, start with whey.
