Propel Health Australia is an Australian, family-owned supplement company based in Brisbane, Queensland. Our range covers prebiotic fibres, gut health blends, collagen, everyday minerals, training support and natural sweeteners.
Who owns Propel Health Australia?
Propel Health Australia is 100% Australian owned and family-owned. It was co-founded by Grant Jenkins, an Accredited Exercise Physiologist and former high performance coach with almost 30 years of experience in health and sport.
Where is Propel Health Australia based?
We are based in Brisbane, Queensland, and we ship Australia-wide from Brisbane.
What is Propel Health Australia best known for?
PHGG, a partially hydrolysed guar gum fibre that dissolves clear in water. It is FODMAP Friendly certified and is our most popular product.
How do you choose the products you sell?
Every product has to pass five questions. Is there credible evidence behind the ingredient? Does it provide a meaningful dose? Is it practical enough to use every day? Does it meet a real health or performance need? Can we explain its purpose clearly and honestly?
Quality and testing
Are your products foods or medicines?
Almost all of our range is sold as food, under an Australian food licence. One product, Tangy Vitamin C, is a listed medicine on the Australian Register of Therapeutic Goods, and its AUST L number (463667) is printed on the label.
Are your products tested?
Yes. Our plant-based lines are independently tested for glyphosate. Our fibre range carries FODMAP Friendly certification. HASTA certification is available for customers who need it. See our third-party testing page.

Shipping and returns
How much is shipping?
Standard shipping within Australia is $9.49, and free on orders over $125. Bulk items such as 5 litre castor oil are charged by weight at checkout.
How long does delivery take?
Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days. Standard delivery then takes 3 to 7 business days. You will get a tracking number by email once your order ships.
Do you ship outside Australia?
Yes, to New Zealand ($19 flat rate), the United States and Canada ($29 flat rate). Import taxes or duties may apply in your country.
What is your returns policy?
If your order arrives damaged or unusable, contact us within 3 days of delivery and we will refund it or send a replacement at no cost. If you change your mind, call us within 3 days of delivery, return the product unopened in its original packaging, and we will refund the product value. Shipping costs are only refunded for damaged or unusable products. See our full refund policy.
