Best liquid chlorophyll for women: what is in the bottle
Sodium magnesium chlorophyllin (plant derived) in a base of purified water, vegetable glycerine and organic colloidal trace minerals, with humic and fulvic acids. That is the whole ingredient list.
Each 5ml teaspoon carries 100mg of chlorophyllin. It is vegan, non-GMO and contains no gluten, with no flavours, sweeteners or preservatives added. It supports antioxidant intake & daily wellbeing.

A daily green that fits the routine you already have
Most women who buy it take it one of three ways: a glass of water first thing before work, in the drink bottle on the way to Pilates or a walk, or stirred into a green smoothie. One teaspoon is 28kJ and 0.0g of sugars, so it does not change the drink it goes into.
Unflavoured matters more than it sounds. A flavoured chlorophyll gets boring by the second bottle; an unflavoured one takes on whatever you mix it with.
Liquid chlorophyll for women: copper or magnesium?
Most liquid chlorophyll on Australian shelves is copper chlorophyllin, where copper replaces the magnesium at the centre of the molecule. Ours is uncoppered: sodium magnesium chlorophyllin. If you are comparing bottles, the ingredient list tells you which one you are holding.
How to take it
Take 1 teaspoon (5ml) diluted in water, juice or green smoothie once or twice a day, or as prescribed by your Health Practitioner. Shake well before use and refrigerate after opening. It is a strong pigment, so a straw keeps it off your teeth.
