Best liquid chlorophyll for water: how much to add
The label serve is 1 teaspoon (5ml) diluted in water, juice or green smoothie, once or twice a day. In practice that is one teaspoon into a 250ml glass for a strong green, or into a 500ml to 1 litre bottle if you sip it through the morning.

Chlorophyll drops for water, or a teaspoon?
Many chlorophyll drops are dosed by counting drops, which makes it hard to know what is in a glass. Ours is measured by the teaspoon, and each 5ml carries 100mg of chlorophyllin, so every glass is the same.
Keeping chlorophyll water green
Mix it into cold or room temperature water and drink it the same day. Heat and light break chlorophyll pigments down faster, so it is not one for hot drinks.
Shake the bottle well before use and keep it in the fridge once opened. There are no preservatives in it.
