Best Liquid Chlorophyll for Men | Australia

The best liquid chlorophyll for men goes in a drink bottle and tastes of nothing, which is how ours is made: unflavoured, uncoppered, one 5ml teaspoon to a serve.

Best liquid chlorophyll for men who train

If you already carry a drink bottle to the Fitness Centre, the court or the job site, this is the easiest green you will add to your day. One teaspoon into a full bottle of water, shake it, done. It also goes into a smoothie alongside your protein without changing the taste.

It supports antioxidant intake & daily wellbeing.

Buy it here: liquid chlorophyll.

What it costs per serve

A 200ml bottle holds 40 serves at $26.40, which is 66 cents a serve. At the label maximum of two serves a day, one bottle lasts 20 days.

Liquid chlorophyll for men: four things to check on the label

Copper or magnesium. Most liquid chlorophyll is copper chlorophyllin. Ours is sodium magnesium chlorophyllin, uncoppered.

The dose per serve. Plenty of bottles never state it. Ours carries 100mg of chlorophyllin per 5ml teaspoon.

Preservatives. Some brands add sodium benzoate. Ours has none, which is why it goes in the fridge once opened.

Flavour. Mint and other flavours are common. Ours is unflavoured, so it disappears into whatever you mix it with.

How to take it

Take 1 teaspoon (5ml) diluted in water, juice or green smoothie once or twice a day, or as prescribed by your Health Practitioner. Shake well before use.
